Applications for a stall at the Peace Festival 17th – 18th June 2017 have now closed.
The Festival has run now for 38 years and each year it offers a huge variety of stalls, music and talks. 2017’s festival won’t be changing a lot from its normal laid back, healthy, well intentioned and friendly, family, fun format. We like to promote local vendors, all food stalls are vegetarian and there is a no alcohol rule within the park.
As a potential stallholder there a couple of things to bring to your attention:
There is to be Redevelopment Work carried out throughout the summer in the Pumproom Gardens Park where the festival is based. This will basically consist of fixing up the bandstand, improving drainage and installing new trees and seating. As of yet I have no definitive plan from the developers but the provisional plans and subsequent talks lead me to think that the works should not affect the festival in a big way. However, my intention of providing a plan of plot numbers to be forwarded with our offers of plots in February may not be possible. Rest assured that I will send you all successful applicants confirmation of plot number, with a plan, as soon as I am able.
Thank you for applying for a stall at this year’s Leamington Peace Festival. Your application is being processed and you will be notified by a member of the committee if your stall has been successful. Please be patient as all our committee members are volunteers!
