The Festival site is fully accessible for everyone. If you require any additional assistance please contact us.
Due to licensing there is NO CAMPING on the Festival site. Please contact Tourist Information for details of nearby accommodation. 
Please be aware that the Pump Room Gardens are a restricted drinking area. The Street Marshals have the power to remove alcohol from anyone they consider is behaving in an anti-social manner.

Please contact us in advance if you have special requirements. 
Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed on site. Please pick up after your dog!
First Aid is available at the Warwick Ambulance Association ambulance, located close to the middle enterance from Dormer Place. It is clearly marked on the Site Plan.
The Festival is held in the:

We are well served by public transport.

Trains: The nearest train station is Leamington Spa which is a 10 minute walk away.

Buses: Most buses to Leamington Town Centre stop nearby The Parade. For information contact 02476 559 559.

Taxi’s: There is a taxi rank a 5 minute walk away up The Parade near the Police Station.

Bikes: There is provision for locking bikes outside the pump rooms. All bikes are left at the owners own risk.

Car Parking: There is lots of on street car parking surrounding the festival (please check street signs for restrictions and pricing) along with St Peters Car Park opposite the festival. A 10 minute walk at the top of The Parade is the Covent Garden car park if these are full. There is no car parking on the Festival site. All town centre parking is Pay and Display. The Festival can get very busy and we encourage you to come by other means than car if possible! 

If you need help during your visit to the Festival, please come to the Information Caravan where we will be pleased to help. The caravan is located in the centre of the Festival Centre and will be clearly marked on the Site Plan.
Recycling is encouraged. Please separate all of your rubbish into the specially labelled bins as this will help with the unpleasant job of sorting the litter. All our litter pickers are volunteers.
The Festival runs from 11:00 am – 7:30 pm on Saturday, and 11:00 am – 6 pm Sunday.

As it takes place in a residential area our licence does not permit any events after these times. Please respect our neighbours and leave the festival quietly.

Toilets for public use are located next to the Riverside stage and close to the Pump Rooms. There are also public toilets located diagonally across from The Parade, near the Town Hall and in the Pump Rooms themselves.
Water is available from the standpipe near Dormer Place and at the Information Caravan, during the Festival weekend.
